Stewart has more than 20 years’ experience working in Local Government in NSW, his experience includes working with and under Administration as well as working with Norfolk Island Regional Council that is acountable directly to the Federal Government. Supplementing this expereince, he has 10 plus years’ experience on Industry, State and National based boards, including 5 plus years as President.

His experience and wealth of knowledge make him an experienced executive, negotiator, governance lead and an accomplished business strategist. He delivers outcomes.

Having worked largely in Local Government, Stewart is very proficient in government relations. He has worked particularly closely with both the Federal and State Governments to deliver critical and key strategic infrastructure projects as well as numerous community focused and economic development projects.

During his tenure as General Manager at Narrabri Shire Council, the Council was awarded the 2018 AR Bluett Memorial Award in recognition of being the most progressive Council in NSW.

Todd has over 20 years experience managing major projects within Australia and internationally and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

In his most recent role as Santos Development Manager - NSW, NT & Eastern Qld, Todd was responsible for managing Santos’ onshore greenfield assets valued at over $15 billion, which included project management, asset strategy, engineering design, project and environmental approvals, land access, stakeholder management, native title and cultural heritage across NSW, QLD and NT.
